Ferbrache & Farrell has appointed a new Head of Compliance and Risk Management with more than 10 years’ experience.

Kyle Campbell joins the firm from Utmost Guernsey, where he previously worked as the Regulatory Compliance Manager, focusing on ensuring effective regulatory compliance across 8 jurisdictions.

He began his career in regulatory compliance in 2011, initially working within a private investment firm. He has since gained substantial experience within the insurance, private equity and investment industries, including listed firms.

‘I’m delighted to have joined Ferbrache & Farrell, which quickly made a name for itself over the past five years,’ said Mr Campbell. 

‘I am looking forward to challenging myself in the legal industry, having worked in finance for the last ten years. In my previous role, I was responsible for interpreting and implementing laws, regulations and guidance for eight jurisdictions and which will help in my new role.’

Managing Partner, Advocate Alastair Hargreaves, said: ‘Kyle is a fantastic addition to the team at Ferbrache & Farrell, and we are delighted to welcome him and to work alongside him. He is very experienced and has great knowledge across a wide range of areas that we specialise in’.

Mr Campbell, who was born and educated in Guernsey, is a member of the International Compliance Association (“ICA”) and has achieved two ICA diplomas in Governance, Risk and Compliance and AML/CFT. Kyle is also a certified specialist in GDPR, corporate governance and conduct risk.
