She has significant experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and guides clients through sale and purchase, prepares the property schedule required to deal with the sub-division of a property into multiple units, delivers clarity and solutions where boundary queries arise and generally assists clients in navigating their way through the processes involved in the conveyancing of residential properties in Guernsey.

Alana is passionate about the importance of the role of conveyancing within the Guernsey property market and she relishes the many varied situations and challenges that the job of a senior conveyancer involves. For Alana, assisting clients in achieving their goals or the solutions that best suit their needs and getting to the heart of the matter are just some of the many rewarding aspects of working in this area of the Guernsey property sector.
