As our Senior Probate Officer, Barbara strives to provide uncomplicated, knowledgeable advice about the Guernsey probate process to both local and non-local executors and administrators.

Having started her probate career in 2011, Barbara has an in-depth knowledge of the Guernsey probate process and has acted for a broad range of clients over the years, including several high net worth individuals. Our clients appreciate her practical and technical advice, as well as her ability to communicate the complexities of the Guernsey probate system in a clear and concise way.

In addition to making probate applications, Barbara also handles the administration of estates; she is sensitive to the personal needs of the deceased’s family, yet focusses on administering the estate efficiently and cost effectively.

During the course of her career, Barbara has worked successfully with clients from across the globe and some of her most rewarding cases have involved overseas aspects and complex family issues.  Being well versed in all aspects of probate work, Barbara is ideally placed to assist our clients successfully through the probate process.
