Ferbrache and Farrell has just kicked off its journey for the Val Des Terres Everest Challenge 2025 in support of Les Bourgs Hospice.
The team is gearing up to take on this incredible challenge, where staff members (pictured left to right) Paula Lanyon, Corrie Scott, Robin Gist, Hannah Damant and (not pictured) Tania Le Roux-Hayes and Alana Marquis-Farncombe, will strive to climb the equivalent height of Mount Everest.
‘Les Bourgs Hospice provides essential care and support to individuals and families in our community, and we are honoured to be contributing to their vital mission,’ said executive assistant Corrie Scott.
‘Stay tuned for updates on our progress, and thank you in advance for your encouragement and support!’
The Everest Challenge involves teams or individuals walking up Val De Terres hill 115 times throughout January, matching the height of Mount Everest.
Val De Terres, located in St Peter Port, is approximately 0.8 km (0.5 miles) long and is the steepest hill in Guernsey.
