Kim joined Ferbrache & Farrell in August 2023 as the Head of Human Resources, bringing with her more than 30 years of extensive experience in both the legal and finance sectors. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise has been instrumental in driving the firm’s people strategy forward.

In her pivotal role, Kim is dedicated to shaping and implementing initiatives that significantly enhance employee engagement and foster a thriving workplace culture. She leverages her deep understanding of human resources to create an inclusive and supportive environment where all employees can excel and reach their full potential. Kim’s CIPD qualification provides her with a robust foundation in human resources best practices and leadership, ensuring that the firm remains at the forefront of industry standards.
