
Richard specialises in dispute resolution, regulatory and competition law matters. He advises businesses, financial institutions, regulated entities, insolvency practitioners, trustees, directors, shareholders and private clients on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters.
Richard works with both local and international clients on commercial disputes, shareholder and insolvency matters, trust and estate litigation, regulatory investigations, and competition law issues. He also advises on merger control, competition law compliance and the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions.
Before joining Ferbrache & Farrell, Richard worked at the Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority, where he advised on merger control, competition law investigations and regulatory matters. Prior to relocating to Guernsey, he practised in London, developing extensive experience in litigation, advocacy and contentious practice.
Drawing on experience across dispute resolution, competition law, financial services and regulated industries, Richard provides pragmatic and commercially focused advice on complex legal and regulatory matters.
